The TV is confirmed to ship with a new Patchwall UI, Dolby audio, bezel-less design, and Google Assistant
Now, the company has confirmed it will be launching the Mi TV 5X on the stage.
This will arrive as a successor to the Mi TV 4X that sold quite well for the company.
The Mi TV 5X will have a metal build with a full-screen narrow-bezel design, and Dolby audio for an immersive audio experience.
The Xiaomi TV is said to ship with a bright panel and the website says the “visuals are fine-tuned and responsive to your environment.”
Xiaomi confirms that it will unveil a new generation of Mi Patchwall UI with curated content and a new ‘Must See’ section.
The TV will have Google Assistant support, thanks to far-field microphones.
While the specifications aren’t revealed, it is said to feature “future-ready specs to stand the test of time.”
The Mi TV 5X should be available in a 55-inch model, but we can speculate there could be other options at launch.
Besides the Mi TV 5X, the company will launch the Mi Notebook laptops and Mi Band 6 as well at the event.
